PRESS RELEASE - Avon Protection’s strong entrance into military dive market

VR Technology Holdings Ltd, the Underwater Systems business of Avon Protection Systems, is pleased to announce the award of a further contract from the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl), following the announcement in October of a contract for diving rebreather design work.
The contract is for the supply of specialist diving equipment with a two year maintenance contract. VR Technology Holdings continues to support Dstl with this and other contracts under the Framework agreement for diving and specialist equipment projects.
Avon Protection entered the dive market this year following the acquisition of VR Technology Holidings Ltd. This is the third contract announcement and a strong performance in a new market for the global respiratory protection leader.
