Justin Solis is Avon Protection's T&E Technician and Repair Technician based in the Americas. His technical expertise spans the full product range, and he continually expands his knowledge to deliver unmatched support and reliability. Kev Robey is Avon Protection’s EMEA Service Manager. Since joining the company in 2023, he has played a pivotal role in developing, enhancing, and delivering the robust service capabilities the organisation offers today. Before entering the industry, Kev built a distinguished 23‑year career in the British Army. His military background brings deep expertise in training delivery, product servicing, technical support, compliance, operational readiness, customer service, and project management. This extensive experience underpins his commitment to ensuring Avon Protection’s customers receive exceptional technical support and world‑class service.

Mick joined Avon Protection in January 2024, where he drives customer technical support and product documentation. His expertise is built on 31 years in the Royal Air Force as an aircraft engineer and a further 10 years in the industry including over a decade as an aerial delivery SME specializing in Operational Test & Evaluation. During his time in the military, he worked on programs overseas with the U.S. DoD and Afghan Air Force. Mick’s career reflects unmatched technical mastery, international collaboration, and a proven ability to turn complex challenges into practical solutions.

Robin Hughes is the EMEA Training Manager for respiratory protection at Avon Protection. With a distinguished background in the British Army, he honed expertise in operational delivery, capability development, and team readiness.
