Avon Protection's XBS is designed to support a range of depth and time profiles for extended diving operations when using the MCM100 rebreather.
It provides twin independent high-pressure 10 liter cylinders, optional use of two gas mixtures and a changeover valve that switches gas without disconnecting. A marine-grade frame, tactical controls and transport case support robust and demanding launch, operation and recovery.
XBS includes a change-over valve which enables the diver to switch between gases without disconnect, and the quick disconnect system enables rapid low-pressure connection with the open circuit bailout valve mouthpiece on MCM100.
